Santa & the Red Nose Reindeer

Hello Blogger Friends! Thanks for taking the time to stop and visit with The Charmed Life Blog this first Saturday in October.

I am still playing catch up since my visit to San Francisco and then staying at my other son's home here in Pittsburgh to take care of his dog.
My Preschool class is starting to adapt to our routine so everything should start to fall into place for me as well.

I did manage to get my Fall decorations up around my home. I just have a more things to do and that will be finished. Then I have the last of our garden tomatoes to roast and freeze for winter enjoyment.

The freezer on our refrigerator quit working last Friday and is still not repaired. We had to go and buy another one to put in our garage. The repairman came out and said he had to order a new motor for this 3 year old refrigerator. He said he would be back once it comes in. Hopefully that is sometime this week. This is the 2nd major repair on this LG fridge. So if you are in the market for a new one, I would avoid this brand.

Anyway, let's move onto my card for today. This one I created for my weekly DT post on the CottageCutz Blog. I am using the new Santa & Reindeer w/Sleigh die. So here are some details on how I created my card.

I used an old sketch I had pinned on one of my Pinterest boards for the layout.

I cut all the image pieces in various shades of Stampin'-Up cardstock.
My background designer paper is from the Stampin-Up "Let It Snow" collection. The real red ribbon is also from Stampin'-Up.
I added my image pieces to the designer paper layer and scattered a few red enamel dots.
To finish off my card I die cut the merry Christmas sentiment in real red cardstock. And, that's it for me for this post my friends. So until next time......God bless.
