Happy Wednesday and thanks for taking the time to visit the charmed life blog. I came back from California on Saturday night and today I felt like I had mastered the 3 hour time difference.
I went to bed at a decent time last night and woke feeling refreshed this morning. I don't know if its West to East or East to West that is more difficult. But it's all over now. Well that part of it anyway. I am still missing my sweet Phoenix Daisy a lot.
So I made her a card today. I will send it out along with one this picture. My son said she was in the room where I slept and looked in the bathroom for me. Don't know what goes through a 17 month old baby's mind. She had me for 35 days and then I was gone.
I am counting the days until July 20 and she comes to Pittsburgh to visit me.
This is the photo I will send her. We were just playing with some water. Grandma's can do that and make a mess and not care (lol)!!
I had this cute die cut from Darcie's Stamps that I wanted to use. So I built my
card around that.
My designer paper is from Stampin-Up's "cheerful treat" collection. I love all
the bright patterns in this pack.
I paired the designer paper with pink pirouette
and melon mambo card stock. It was the perfect match.
My sentiment is from the MFT set "love you with all my heart set. Added some ribbon and a bow with a lucky limeade
brad to complete my card.
My layout is this week's sketch #388 from Splitcoaststampers.
Well it's late and time to dim the lights in charmed life land for another day. So until next time ..........God bless.
