~My help comes from the Lord~

It has been a month since I have posted on my blog and I know some of you have wondered where I have been. We had a family tragedy occur that shook me to my core.
I have not wanted to create or post on my blog. My first priority was and is attending to my family.

Life isn't always easy and God doesn't promise us that it will be. I know that I will find a purposeful way to live after this loss. Our family will discover together a "new normal".

My card art and design is a big part of my life. It brings me joy and fulfillment. So I know I will be creating again.

This scripture verse from Psalm 121 has become so real and alive to me this past month.

"I lift up my eyes to the hills, where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth".

So until next time........God bless.
