Happy Wednesday and thanks for taking the time to visit the Charmed Life Blog. I have another card to show today that I made for the Virtual Stamp Challenge on Splitcoaststampers.
This one covered 2 of the challenges
SEP12VSNI: Brenda wants us to use apples as our inspiration.
SEP12VSNJ: Angie wants us to use the color red on our card.
I started my card by first choosing my layout. This one is from the Sweet Stop Sketch #175.
I knew I had designer paper in my stash from Stampin-Up's "summer picnic" collection that had apples on it and plus it was red.
I cut a doily die in choc chip -added a flag over that-both dies are from MFT. My card base is also choc chip.
I stamped my scripture sentiment on my rectangle layer. The stamp is from repeat impressions.
I cut from the designer paper 3 apples and used them on the corner.

Some other challenges:
1. Deep Ocean Challenge wants us to use more than 2 colors. I used choc chip, red and green.
2. The Pink Elephant wants us to use a banner.
3. My Sheri Crafts wants us to use an apple or pumpkin.
CAS and so pretty! Love the background paper and actually think I may still have some! Wonderful card.
